HOP Traineeships Webinar with Adele Oxberry

This 45min Zoom webinar has been design to help you understand the benefits of our new HOP Traineeships aimed at 16-18 years wanting to enter the Hospitality workforce.

20 minute presentation followed by a Q&A session.

This webinar will walk you through how you can:

• Sign up to the four-month programme starting from as early as February 2022

• Be supported to recruit and mentor a trainee of your choice

• Choose flexible working patterns to suit your individual business needs

• Learn how the traineeship will be delivered via Umbrella trainer-led workshops, digital platforms and work placement with a dedicated workplace mentor

• Read the small print - Trainee to be paid a minimum of £60 per week and have travel expenses covered

• Work with Umbrella Training to equip a trainee with pre-employability transferrable skills, ready for apprenticeships and employment

• Get answers to any questions you may have
