Inspiring our People isn’t just my job, it’s a conscious choice I make day in day out. Knowing I am responsible for ensuring our people have every opportunity to Grow With Us is a responsibility I not only love but take very seriously as the Head of Learning and Development for CH&CO.

I have worked in our amazing industry since the age 16. Studying hospitality and catering at college lead on a great journey in operations, holding roles such as Events Manager at Leeds Castle, Kent. Hospitality & Events Manager at the Law Society, Deputy General Manager of Hospitality & Events at ZSL, London Zoo. These roles provoked me to wanting more, I wanted to support people and their careers, whilst knowing I could still enjoy our amazing food!

I took my first step in to a regional trainer role with CH&CO, and was very quickly promoted to Senior People & Development Business Partner. After some great success, and the introduction of learning interventions that had great return for our business and people I stepped in to the role of Head of Learning & Development. This is when the fun truly began, I was leading our Learning strategy, partnering our leaders to deliver the best L&D for our People.
