Debbie Gardiner MBE
With 13 years leadership & governance experience as MD, CEO, NED & Chairman (commercial & not for profit), current expertise in Apprenticeship Reform, a background in retail and training & development, the ability to develop strategy and bring it to life operationally.
The services I offer are tailored to the clients’ needs, whilst there's a focus on FE & Skills, leadership, governance & management is relevant in all walks of business life. 2019 has seen me rekindled my project management skills, I’m enjoying the buzz & have a real sense of purpose.
I’m passionate about Apprenticeships & Traineeships and have a desire to put my experience and passion together to support others to harness their full potential. I have a keen interest in End-Point Assessment and have gained much experience through my work with BIIAB & CMI as an End-Point Assessor; I’m happy to work with providers to help them better prepare their staff & Apprentices for EPA.
Additionally, I have a keen interest and experience in the Health Care sector and people centric charities. I believe I have a lot to offer these sectors that are close to my heart and aligned to my mission and values.
