My top ten observations/realisations/tips around mental health:
Look after yourself, before supporting others
Create balance, structure and variety in your day and week. Be spontaneous when you feel like it
Do things you LOVE (and why not get the things you're not so fond of out of the way first)
Stay connected with your family, friends and colleagues
Reduce time online, watching news, scrolling through social media
Rest up. Get your sleep and physical activity levels where you feel they should be
Support – know who you can speak to when you need to. Be mindful and consider lowering your expectations of others during these times
Do what works for you
