ehap is hugely proud to once again sponsor the 2021 Purple Umbrella Awards.
As an approved EPA organisation providing full support to make the end point assessment process seamless for employers, training providers and most importantly apprentices, it is hugely important for us to support industry leading events such as the Purple Umbrella Awards 2021. The end point assessment process can be daunting and challenging for apprentices, and it is right that they get to celebrate their successes.
After the challenges of the last 18 months being able to celebrate the successes of incredible apprentices that have achieved through the adversity that they have faced is really exciting.
It also provides us a chance to support those employers who have continued to develop their workforce throughout such difficult times.
At ehap we talk to apprentices every day and help them to celebrate their individual wins. As a hugely important client, Umbrella Training have really worked hard to ensure that their apprentices achieve and achieve well.
At ehap we believe that the end point assessment should seem like a natural transition and therefore part of the apprentices’ experience.
We believe that open communication and true partnership working will ensure that the apprentice showcases their skills, knowledge and behaviour to their best ability. As a direct result our vision aligns perfectly with the celebratory ethos of the Purple Umbrella Awards and we cannot wait to celebrate with all the apprentice finalists and their employers at The Savoy on 3rd September.
