I believe we build a good relationship between manager & employee which definitely helps staff retention.
I would also say that the regular meetings mean that there is constant communication and any concerns are addressed in a healthy and positive way.
Being such a small company means that management and employees work very closely together. This allows us to regularly check in and makes sure Hannah is doing okay with her work and receives additional help (if required).
Hannah is our second apprentice, who I have no doubt will be a prominent figure in our business in the future. If we can replicate this success a third time it would be silly not to.
