Kate Goodman

Kate is a HR Consultant and Mental Health First Aid instructor. Having spent many years in the corporate world as a Business Leader and People Transformation specialist, Kate decided to follow her own path 4 years ago when she set up Kalida People.

Kate spends her time supporting SME’s to design and deliver great people strategies, whatever the size of the business. Kate is a strong believer in focussing on supporting and enabling people to do a great job. She is passionate about positive wellbeing in the workplace and has supported many companies in understanding positive workplace mental health and wellbeing and creating strategies that are simple and effective .

When she’s not doing this you can find her at home in her little cottage in the country walking her beagle and spending time supporting the local community.
