Back to The Floor 4 raises £130,000 for Hospitality Action

Leading figures in the hospitality industry once again took to the dining room for the fourth annual gala charity dinner Back to the Floor.

The event took place at London’s The Dorchester hotel on Park Lane on Friday 26

​April, ‘Back to the Floor 4’ saw key figures in the hospitality industry wait on more than 400 guests.It was hosted by Danny Pecorelli, managing director of Exclusive Hotels & Venues, and Philip Newman-Hall, consultant and former managing director at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons.More than 70 industry stars agreed to take part and served champagne donated by Laurent-Perrier during the reception followed by a delicious three-course meal.

Waiters for the evening will included Zoe Jenkins of Dorchester Collection’s Coworth Park, Sue Williams of Whatley Manor, Harry Murray MBE of Lucknam Park and Amanda Hyndman of the Mandarin Oriental.Sommeliers included Simon Numphud of AA Hotel Services and Julia Sibley of The Savoy Educational Trust.

Peter Hancock of Pride of Britain Hotels will acted as compère for the evening.The dinner was hosted to raised funds for industry charity Hospitality Action and Umbrella Training were proud sponsors of the evening.
